inn
A public lodging establishment. A lodging house where all who conduct themselves properly, and who are able and ready to pay for their entertainment, are received, if there is accommodation for them, and who, while there, are supplied at a reasonable charge with their meals, their lodging, and such services and attention as are necessarily incident to the use of the house as a temporary home. A place where the public will be received and accommodations provided to guests for compensation. Edwards v. City of Los Angeles, 48 Cal. App.2d 62, 119 P.2d 370, 373, 374.
